Add 1 new vegetable to my repertoire
It's common knowledge among my friends and coworkers that I'm an extremely picky eater. So far this year I've managed to add broccoli, cauliflower, artichokes, and brussels sprouts to the list of foods I'll eat. Might as well shoot for an even 5.
I actually realized that I DID make it an even 5 this year: baby corn. So I guess I'll shoot for 6!
