Derby, Health and Fitness Goals
- run a half marathon

- get out of the 200's (oh the shame)
- be in the 150's by Holiday party
- be in the 160's by summer
- be able to do one pull up
- be able to do 30 push-ups in a row
- participate in a 5k run
- be able to skate 30 laps in 5 minutes
- flirt with the idea of being a part-time vegetarian
- do yoga at least once a week
- continue to not smoke cigarettes
- obtain something that will track time, distance, heartrate and calories burned to use when working out. A lap feature would be good too
